The Tactical Grip is designed to simulate the feel of training with an M4 carbine weapon. You can pair your grip with a 4kg or 6kg Torsion Bar however, to replicate the weight of the M4 we suggest the 6kg.
Our Tactical Grip and 6kg Torsion Bar combination was used in exercises by some of the fittest US Marines at the HITT Championships in Quantico, Vrigina US.
The grip comes in two halves and attaches to your Torsion Bar with just a few screws, so assembly is easy!
